THE HISTORY OF DRINKING: A LOVE STORY
Drinking and frequenting bars are among the oldest traditions in civilization. Beer jugs have been found dating from the Stone Age almost 12,000 years ago, well before the domestication of farm animals or the invention of metallurgy. It dates very closely to the invention of agriculture and pottery. So basically as soon as he could grow the ingredients and make something to put it in, man was drinking beer.

THE BREWTIQUING OF TEXAS
Houston beer-lovers have grown much choosier since Bud and Sissy sucked on bottles of Lone Star while two-stepping their way across the movie screen. These days, with so many Texas-made craft beers available, many beer-drinkers are passing up mass-produced beer altogether in order to try regional small-batch beers.
