A Pair of Cocktail Recipes from Guava Lamp

Bartender Brooks Drew at the Guava Lamp is featured in this issue’s “The Gnome Ranger,” a regular Q&A column by Paula Murphy. Here are two of his cocktail recipes.

Tootsie Roll Pop
1 oz. Jagermiester
1/2 oz. dark creme de cacao
1/2 oz. UV Cherry Vodka
Red Bull

METHOD: Shake first three ingredients together with ice and strain into glass. Top of with a splash of Red Bull.

The Dangerous Pecker
1 oz. White Godiva Liqueur
1 oz. Godiva Dark Liqueur
1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 oz. Southern Compfort

METHOD: Shake ingredients together with ice and strain into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.
