Bread pudding submits readily to any number of variations. Dried fruits, spices, liquor, nuts and chocolate are often included in the recipe, and all kinds of breads, from challah to biscotti, can be substituted for the regular white loaf. This Hungarian artist visited Houston during Fotofest earlier this year and went home with a plethora of tiny images found on food packages in downtown’s Little Saigon. Carefully clipped, cleaned and preserved, these miniature pictograms serve as the raw material for her current photographic art.
